On 29 September 2025, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU, Corrigendum to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/895 of 13 December 2023 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/63 as regards the calculation of eligible liabilities and the transitional regime. The Corrigendum inserts into Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/895 a new annex.
