The webpage sets out in one place the FCA findings on multi-firm reviews into share buybacks, conflicts of interest (registers and breaches, gifts and entertainment), off-channel communications and transaction governance. The webpage also covers inside information with the FCA noting that it has seen issues where insider lists have not been well maintained. In another instance it found that committee members were wall crossed but not added to the insider list. The FCA will follow up on this to see if these issues are more systemic.
