On 8 August 2025, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ):
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/791 of 23 April 2025 supplementing the Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD IV) with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the general conditions for the functioning of supervisory colleges, and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/98.
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/790 of 23 April 2025 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of the CRD IV with regard to the operational functioning of colleges of supervisors.
Both Delegated Regulations enter into force on the twentieth day following that of their publication in the OJ (28 August 2025).
