On 21 December 2023, the European Commission adopted a guidance document which addresses frequently asked questions on the interpretation and implementation of the Taxonomy Disclosures Delegated Act.

The guidance document considers the:

  • Reporting obligations of large financial undertakings and financial undertakings admitted to trading on EU markets
  • On 21 December 2023, the Bank of England (BoE) issued a consultation paper on its approach to statutory notice decisions for use of its requirements powers.

    The BoE has been given a number of new powers, matched by new obligations and accountabilities, in its role as the UK’s regulator for central counterparties (
