On 3 September 2026, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1167 of 28 May 2026 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying operational risk requirements. The Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJ (23 September 2026).
