On 29 May 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published Handbook Notice 141.
This Handbook Notice describes the changes to the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA Board under their legislative and statutory powers on 23 April 2026 and 28 May 2026.
On 23 April and 28 May 2026, the Board of the FCA made the relevant changes to the Handbook as set out in the instruments:
