There has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1005 of 15 June 2017 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and timing of the communications and the publication of the suspension and removal of financial instruments pursuant to MiFID II. The Commission Implementing Regulation applies from 3 January 2018.
