There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU the European Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 laying down implementing technical standards regarding the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers’ transactions in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation. The Implementing Regulation will apply from 3 July 2016.
