The European Banking Authority (EBA) has updated its single rulebook Q&As which cover the CRD IV Directive, Capital Requirements Regulation and the related technical standards and guidelines.
The EBA has published 26 new answers to questions on a wide range of issues including those on remuneration, leverage ratio, large exposures, validation rules and underwriting commitments.
