EPC consults on modifications to SCT and SDD Rulebooks
The European Payments Council (EPC) has published a press release announcing the launch of consultations on possible modifications to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit Rulebooks. The EPC has therefore published the following change request consultation documents:
- SEPA Direct Debit Business to Business Rulebook;
- SEPA Direct Debit Core Rulebook; and
- SEPA Credit Transfer Rulebook.
EBA updates list of incorrect validation rules in ITS on supervisory reporting
The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published an updated list of incorrect validation rules found in its implementing technical standards on supervisory reporting under the Capital Requirements Regulation. Further, in a related press release, the EBA states that the list of incorrect validation rules is expected to increase as more real data will become available in the near future. The EBA intends to publish updated versions of such data as soon as it becomes available thereafter.
Updated template and related instructions for EBA’s data collection exercise on CVA
The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published an updated template and instructions for participating banks to use in connection with its data collection exercise on credit valuation adjustment (CVA), which was launched on 30 April 2014.
