On 27 April 2026, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/905 of 24 April 2026 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council by establishing a list of spot foreign exchange benchmarks exempt from its application. The Implementing Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ (17 May 2026).
