  • 15 July 2024 – On 16 April 2024, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (Basel Committee) issued a Discussion Paper on how climate scenario analysis can be practically used to help strengthen the management and supervision of climate related financial risks. The Basel Committee welcomes feedback on the Discussion Paper, which should be submitted by 15 July 2024.

  • 14 July 2024 – On 25 March 2024, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/910 of 15 December 2023 laying down implementing technical standards (ITS) for the application of the UCITS Directive with regard to the form and content of the information to be notified in respect of the cross-border activities of UCITS, UCITS management companies, the exchange of information between competent authorities on cross-border notification letters, and amending Commission Regulation (EU) No 584/2010 was published in the OJ. The Implementing Regulation applies from 14 July 2024.
  • 15 July 2024 – On 3 June 2024, the European Central Bank issued a consultation on a new draft guide on outsourcing cloud services to cloud service providers. The deadline for comments on the consultation is 15 July 2024.
  • 15 July 2024 – On 25 June 2024, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1780 of 13 March 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards (RTS) specifying the conditions under which institutions are allowed to calculate KIRB in relation to the underlying exposures of a securitisation transaction. The Commission Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ (15 July 2024).
  • 15 July 2024 – On 25 June 2024, there was published in the OJ, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1771 of 13 March 2024 on supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to RTS specifying the details of the scope and methods for prudential consolidation of an investment firm group. The Commission Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ (15 July 2024).
  • 15 July 2024 – On 25 June 2024, three Commission Delegated Regulations supplementing the Regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector were published in the OJ. The Commission Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ (15 July 2024).
