The Implementation Decree will enter into force as of 27 September 2020, at the same time as the Implementation Act Registration Ultimate Beneficial Owners of Corporates and Other Legal Entities (Implementatiewet registratie uiteindelijk belanghebbenden van vennootschappen en andere juridische entiteiten).

The Dutch UBO Register will go live on 27 September 2020. As of 8:00 hours (Dutch time) on this date legal entities will be able to register their ultimate beneficial owners with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel).
