There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1646 of 13 September 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to main indices and recognised exchanges in accordance with the Capital Requirements Regulation on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms. The Implementing Regulation will enter into force 20 days after its publication in the OJ, that is 4 October 2016.
