The European Commission has updated its webpage on banking and finance legislation to re-instate the Q&As covering the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, the Capital Requirements Directive IV, the Payment Services Directive, the second Electronic Directive and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.
