There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1450 of 23 May 2016 supplementing the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the criteria relating to the methodology for setting the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities. The Delegated Regulation will enter into force 20 days after its publication in the OJ, that is on 23 September 2016.
