On 21 November 2025, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2338 of 20 November 2025 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/100 laying down implementing technical standards (ITS) specifying the joint decision process with regard to the application for certain prudential permissions pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The Commission Implementing Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (11 December 2025).
