On 14 October 2025, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1311 of 3 July 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the conditions for assessing the materiality of extensions of, and changes to, the use of alternative internal models, and changes to the subset of the modellable risk factors. The Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in OJ (3 November 2025).
