On 31 October 2024, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2795 of 24 July 2024 amending Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the date of application of the own funds requirements for market risk.

Next steps

The Delegated Regulation enters into force on the day following that of its publication in the OJ.

It applies apply from 1 January 2025.
