On 7 November 2025, the European Parliament published the provisional agreements reached during interinstitutional negotiations as part of the Crisis Management and Deposit Insurance (CMDI) reform package. This includes the proposals for directives amending the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive and the Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive.

The provisional agreements have been submitted to the Committee of Economic and Monetary Affairs for decision by way of a single vote.
