On 24 September 2024, the European Commission published the following Implementing Regulations supplementing the Regulation on markets in crypto-assets (MiCAR):

• Implementing Regulation laying down implementing technical standards (ITS) for the application of MiCAR with regard to standard forms, templates and procedures for the cooperation and exchange of information between competent authorities and EBA and ESMA.
• Implementing Regulation laying down ITS for the application of MiCAR with regard to standard forms, templates and procedures for the cooperation and exchange of information between competent authorities and annex.
