Two statutory instruments relating to disclosure of confidential information under the PSR regime published

The following statutory instruments in relation to disclosure of confidential information have been published:

the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2014 together with an explanatory memorandum; and
the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 also with an explanatory memorandum.

Both statutory instruments were made on 1 April 2014 and come into force on 28 April 2014.
