On 20 May 2021, a group of trade associations co-published an information statement in accordance with Article 15 of the UK Securities Financing Transactions Regulation. The information statement provides the reader with information regarding the general risks and consequences that may be involved in consenting to a right of use of collateral provided under a security collateral arrangement or of concluding a title transfer collateral arrangement.

The trade associations are: International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., the Association for Financial Markets in Europe, the Futures Industry Association, Inc., the International Capital Market Association, the International Securities Lending Association, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., the Association for Financial Markets in Europe, the Futures Industry Association, Inc. and SIFMA.
