There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) a European Commission Implementing Decision that amends the list of third countries and territories whose supervisory and regulatory requirements are considered to be equivalent for the purposes of the treatment of exposures according to the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR). The Implementing Decision adds Turkey, New Zealand, Faroe Islands and Greenland to the list of third countries set out in Commission Implementing Decision 2014/908/EU.
