On 14 March 2019, there was published on legislation.gov.uk the made version of the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) (Amendment and Savings Provisions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, together with an explanatory memorandum.
The statutory instrument comes into force on exit day, apart from Parts 1 and 2, which come into force on 14 March 2019.
