The Council of the EU has published the text of:

• the draft Directive amending the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive as regards the ranking of unsecured debt instruments in insolvency hierarchy; and
• the draft Regulation amending the Capital Requirements Regulation relating to International Financial Reporting Standards 9.

Both texts have been published in advance of the Council’s formal adoption of them.
