The Commission Delegated Regulation which supplements the Solvency II Directive has been published in the Official Journal of the EU. The Delegated Regulation came into force on January 18, 2015. The Delegated Regulation was adopted by the Commission in October 2014. The Council of the EU announced that it would not object to the Regulation and in January 2015 the time period for the European Parliament to object to the Regulation expired.
