There has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ), the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/954 of 6 June 2017 on the extension of the transitional periods related to own funds requirements for exposures to central counterparties set out in the Capital Requirements Regulation and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation. The Implementing Regulation will enter into on 10 June 2017.
