The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published an updated version of its table setting out the languages that each Member State national competent authority accepts when acting as home competent authority for the purpose of scrutinising a prospectus, and whether or not each member when acting as host competent authority requires a translation of the summary of a passported prospectus.
