On 22 March 2019, the PRA issued a supplementary direction concerning the position where an EEA firm that has submitted a notification to enter the temporary permissions regime (TPR) wants to withdraw its notification before exit day.

The supplementary direction supplements a PRA direction made on 7 November 2018 (our blog is here).

The supplementary direction provides that a notification is not made if it is withdrawn in writing to the PRA before exit day.
