The PRA has published PRA Rulebook: Administration Instrument (No. 3) 2017.
The instrument makes minor corrections to the PRA Rulebook and does not change PRA policy. In making these types of instrument, the PRA aims to ensure that rules are correct, presented clearly and contain up-to-date references.
The following parts of the PRA Rulebook are being updated:
- Conduct Rules;
- Insurance – Senior Management Functions;
- Regulatory Reporting; and
- Fees.
