The PRA has issued a letter reminding all firms subject to the Capital Requirements Regulation that they are required to comply with the regulator’s requirements to put in place a policy promoting diversity in the management body. The letter includes links to the General Organisational Requirements chapter of the PRA Rulebook and a link to the publication of the EBA Report on the Benchmarking of Diversity Practices.
