On 15 October 2025, the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) updated its webpage and published interim guidance for firms when submitting their remuneration policy statement (RPS) tables to regulators following the PRA and Financial Conduct Authority’s Policy Statement 21/25: Remuneration Reform.

The PRA explained that it plans to consult on broader changes to the RPS tables and other regulatory remuneration reporting in the future, but that in the interim it has issued these instructions to clarify some changes that firms should note when submitting RPS tables.
