The FCA has updated its Policy development update which provides information on recent and upcoming FCA publications.

Upcoming FCA publications include:

• a fourth consultation paper on MiFID II implementation (expected date – ‘TBC’);
• a consultation paper on the implementation of the Benchmarks Regulation (expected date -February 2017);
• policy statements to the FCA’s existing consultations on MiFID II implementation (expected date – H1 2017); and
• a consultation on creditworthiness assessments in consumer credit (expected – autumn 2016).
