On 15 May 2025, the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) published its latest progress update report following the connection by the first pension providers and schemes to the dashboards ecosystem.

Progress outlined in the update includes:

• Confirmation that the first pension provider completed connection in April 2025.

• An overview of how PDP is working to prepare and guide industry through their connection journeys, and the vital role played by industry participants in helping test and refine connection processes.

• A look ahead to consumer testing getting underway from summer 2025, including further information on the form this will take.

• An update on engagement with industry on preparing for private sector dashboards.

• Updates from the Department for Work and Pensions, The Pensions Regulator and the Financial Conduct Authority, as well as a group of industry experts who make up the pensions dashboards advisory group.
