The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published the latest issue of its newsletter Ombudsman news (issue 128). This issue of Ombudsman news contains case studies on complaints involving sensitive details. The newsletter also contains case studies on complaints from younger people.

The Ombudsman focus of this issue looks at complaints the FOS has receive from smaller businesses.
