The FCA has updated its industry guidance webpage to add to its table of confirmed industry guidance, the LIBOR code of conduct for contributing banks that has been adopted by ICE Benchmark Administration, the current LIBOR administrator. The code’s confirmed industry guidance status expires on 15 July 2016.
