On 20 January 2017, we blogged that a draft of the Legislative Reform (Private Fund Limited Partnerships) Order 2017 (the Order) was laid before the Parliament. HM Treasury has now published the final Order on the legislation.gov.uk website. The Order was made on 29 March 2017 and is in substantially the same form as the revised draft published in January 2017. The Order comes into force on 6 April 2017.
