The FCA has published its latest Policy development update (issue 23).
The update lists those FCA publications that have been issued since the last update:
- Consultation Paper 15/18: Fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory access to regulated benchmarks;
- Consultation Paper 15/17: Capital resources requirements for Personal Investment Firms; and
- Finalised Guidance 15/7: Guidance on financial crime systems and controls.
The update also lists forthcoming FCA publications. These include that a Consultation Paper on the implementation of UCITS V will be published in Q3 2015. Interestingly, the date of publication of the Policy Statements to the various Consultation Papers on the senior managers’ regime is “TBC”.
