The Presidency of the Council of the EU has published its latest compromise proposal relating to the proposed Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
The compromise proposal is dated 31 October 2014 and is the result of discussions at a working party meeting on 16 October 2014. Additions to the Commission’s proposals are set out in underlined font. With respect to the latest compromise text, additions are set out in bold underlined font and deletions are struck-through.
