The Presidency of the Council of the EU has published its latest compromise proposal relating to the proposed revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
The compromise proposal is dated 21 November 2014 and was due to be discussed at a working party meeting on 24 November 2014. Additions to the European Commission’s original proposals are set out in underlined font. With respect to the latest compromise text, additions are set out in bold underlined font and deletions are struck-through.
