  • 13 March 2024 – On 13 December 2023, the Platform on Sustainable Finance issued a draft report which includes proposals for EU taxonomy-aligning benchmarks. The deadline for comments on the draft report is 13 March 2024.
  • 14 March 2024 – On 14 December 2023, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) issued a Discussion Paper on MiFID II investor protection topics linked to digitalisation. The deadline for comments on the Discussion Paper is 14 March 2024.
  • 14 March 2024 – On 14 December 2023, the European Banking Authority (EBA) issued two consultation papers which contain amendments to the regulatory technical standards (RTS) on the fundamental review of the trading book and on the standardised approach for counterparty credit risk. The deadline for comments on both consultation papers is 14 March 2024.
  • 14 March 2024 – On 14 December 2023, the EBA issued a consultation paper containing draft implementing technical standards (ITS) amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 on supervisory reporting referred to in Article 430(7) of the Capital Requirements Regulation concerning the output floor, credit risk, market risk and the leverage ratio. The deadline for comments on the consultation paper is 14 March 2024.
  • 15 March 2024 – On 21 December 2023, ESMA issued a consultation paper on the securitisation disclosure templates under Article 7 of the Securitisation Regulation. The deadline for comments on the consultation paper is 15 March 2024.
  • 15 March 2024 – On 15 December 2023, ESMA issued a consultation paper containing draft guidelines on enforcement of sustainability information. The deadline for comments on the consultation paper is 15 March 2024.

UK

  • 11 March 2024 – On 11 January 2024, the FCA published Policy Statement PS24/1 setting out temporary changes to the handling rules for motor finance complaints. The FCA invited feedback on the impact of the rules and its approach to the provision of redress for harm caused by discretionary commission arrangements more generally, until (and including) 11 March 2024.
  • 15 March 2024 – On 7 December 2023, the PRA, FCA and BoE jointly published a Consultation Paper on Operational resilience: Critical third parties to the UK financial sector (PRA CP26/23 and FCA CP23/30). The deadline for feedback to this consultation is 15 March 2024.
