There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) the European Commission Implementing Regulation laying down implementing technical standards with regard to:
- the format of the notification under article 16(1) of the Regulation on European venture capital funds; and
- the format of notification under Article 17(1) of the Regulation on European social entrepreneurship funds.
Both Regulations enter into force on the third day after their publication in the OJ.
