There has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ), the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/953 of 6 June 2017 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and the timing of position reports by investment firms and market operators of trading venues pursuant to MiFID II. The Implementing Regulation enters into force on 27 June 2017 and applies from 3 January 2018.
