There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (the OJ) the European Commission implementing Regulation setting out implementing technical standards with regard to information exchange between national competent authorities of home and host member states, according to the CRD IV Directive. The Regulation will come into force 20 days after its publication in the OJ.
