On 30 March 2020, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/429 of 14 February 2020 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to supervisory reporting of institutions according to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The European Commission previously adopted the Implementing Regulation on 14 February 2020.

The Implementing Regulation enters into force on the day following its publication in the OJ. Points (1), (4) and (5) of Article 1 of the Implementing Regulation applies from 30 March 2020. Points (9) to (12) of Article 1 apply from 1 April 2020. Points (2), (3), (6) to (8) of Article 1 apply from 1 June 2020.
