On 11 July 2023, HM Treasury published the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (Commencement No.1) Regulations 2023, a statutory instrument (SI) setting out the first commencement regulations made under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023. The explanatory note to the SI provides further information on those provisions of the Act that are being brought into force.
