On 25 August 2023, there was published a correction to the The Electronic Money, Payment Card Interchange Fee and Payment Services (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

The correction provides that:

• Page 8, regulation 4(4)(a), in the inserted paragraph (2A), line one: “The Payment Services Regulator…” should read “The Payment Systems Regulator…”.
• Page 11, in the Explanatory Note, third paragraph, line one: “…the Payment Services Regulator…” should read “…the Payment Systems Regulator…”.
