The FCA has published Handbook Notice No. 45.

This Handbook Notice introduces the changes to the Handbook that the FCA Board made on 22 June 2017.  The changes were made in the following instruments:

• Periodic Fees (2017/2018) and Other Fees Instrument 2017;
• Future Service Restrictions Instrument 2017;
• Market Conduct Sourcebook (Commodity Derivatives Inside Information) Instrument 2017; and
• Supervision Manual (Reporting No. 5) Instrument 2017.
