The FCA has published Handbook Notice no. 11 which sets out the changes made to the FCA Handbook under instruments made by the FCA Board on 27 March and 1 May 2014.
The changes affect the following sourcebooks and manuals:
- Fees Manual;
- Glossary;
- Supervision;
- Mortgages: Conduct of Business;
- Recognised Investment Exchange;
- Prospectus Rules; and
- Listing Rules.
